Dear User,

To access goAML, users are firstly required to register with the FIU. Those who have already registered, need to login. Please read the goAML Web User Guide – Registration for details on registration process.

Once your account has been activated, please note that, you must notify the FIU and your Supervisory Body for instances mentioned in the ANNEX.

Users filing Suspicious Transactions Reports via the XML Upload, are required to use the updated FIU Schema 4.0 and the XML Validation Tool .

A Reporting Person or Auditor, as defined in FIAMLA 2002, has an obligation, as soon as he becomes aware of a suspicious transaction, to make a report to the FIU of such transaction not later than 5 working days after the suspicion arose.

The MLRO (also the default Admin User) of reporting persons are informed that FIU/Supervisory bodies shall not process the registration requests of additional User/s of a registered reporting person. It is up to the Admin User to decide whether to ‘Reject’ or ‘Finalize’ the registration request of the new User/s.

The FIU aims to ensure that availability of the Website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. User access to the Website may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. FIU will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction. FIU will not be liable if for any reason its Website is unavailable at any time or period. The FIU will inform you accordingly and will limit the frequency and duration of any such foreseen suspension or restriction to the minimum.
