To access goAML, users are
firstly required to register with the FIU. Those who have already registered
need to login. Please
read the goAML Web User Guide – Registration for details on registration process.
Users filing Suspicious
Transactions Reports via the XML Upload, are required to use the updated FIU Schema 4.0 and the XML Validation Tool .
Reporting Institutions have
an obligation, as soon as practicable but not later than 15 working days, to make a report to the FIU of any transaction which
the bank, financial institution, cash dealer or member of the relevant
profession or occupation has reason to believe may be suspicious. Licensed
banks are required file Suspicious Transaction Report, via the goAML, Web or

institutions are informed that:
(i) FIU/Supervisory bodies shall not process the registration requests of other User/s of a registered reporting institution. The MLRO (also the default Admin User) must ‘Verify’ and ‘Finalize’ the
registration request of new User/s for the account to be activated;
(ii) He/ she should immediately inform the FIU of the de-activation of any of
his/her user/s, including the Admin User.
